Zoos South Australia (Monarto Zoo)

The Royal Zoological Society of South Australia was formed in 1878 and operates both Adelaide and Monarto Zoos.

In 2015, Zoos SA released its Master Plan which outlines future plans for Monarto Zoo.

Developments include the introduction of new species, new entrance and Visitor Centre precinct, up-close Predator Experience, and a range of accommodation options.

Given the uniqueness of the Monarto experience, a range of accommodation options are planned including a private accommodation comprising 21 building sites, 20 luxury safari tents and 20 family cabins.

Guests will be able to experience safari tours, traditional African and Australian food and drinks, native animal tours, a walk through Lemur adventure, lion feeding predator experience and many other up close and personal animal encounters.

Zoos SA are seeking expressions of interest in this exciting development that offers investors a unique opportunity that is not easily replicated anywhere in the world.
