Anderson Hill vineyards is in Lenswood, a sub region of the Adelaide Hills Wine Region of South Australia. Acquiring the land with the best soil structure in the area the vineyard was planted in 1994. The cool climate enables a slow ripening period, coupled with low cropping levels to get the best flavours from the fruit. The grapes are fermented on their own yeast with little to no additives, then pressed lightly and stored in oak until ready for bottling.
Anderson Hill has experienced massive growth in the past five years which enables us to look for different sales options. Making long term partnerships in China will grow our business further and give Chinese distributors an opportunity to stock quality Australian wines.
